As a fully integrated company embedded within the supply chain, we are able to offer a service with a complete understanding of what is best suited to your needs, from design, costs through to manufacture, and installation
The method involves boring a continuous flight auger (CFA) drilling tool to the desired pile depth and then placing concrete through the tip of the auger tool as it is extracted from the ground. The method has the advantage that there is never an open or unsupported pile bore, as with some other bored piling methods.
Cost effective in ground where a calculated fixed Geotechnical Solution offers the client surety on cost
These piles can be used for the foundation of all types of engineering structures under nearly every soil condition. Driven precast concrete piles are particularly suited where the founding stratum is overlain by soft deposits and aggressive or contaminated soils.
Not guaranteed to be a fixed depth and can vary in length from first design
Tubular Steel Driven
The heavy wall section of a tubular steel driven pile provides a leading cutting edge. This feature can be used to provide lateral stability to foundations in very soft ground conditions or can provide fixity of the pile toe in sloping bedrock.
Most Helical piles are round hollow shafts or square solid shafts, extruded from steel and come in a wide variety of diameters and gauges, to serve different types of projects. One or more steel screw threads (or helical bearing plates) welded onto the shaft, in order to supply ample downforce to the soil as it’s being screwed into the earth.
This is then cured in a controlled environment, transported to the construction site and lifted into place (tilt up).
In contrast, standard concrete is poured into site-specific forms and cured on site.

The system is BBA approved and when installed in accordance with the Lynx layout drawing and the following guide will satisfy current building regulations and NHBC standards.
We supply a range of precast concrete T beams, hollowcore slab and stairs and landings to suit residential, commercial and industrial buildings. All of our products are manufactured in factory controlled conditions using the latest machines, technology and software.
NEXUS Precast Modular Foundations
Nexus is Capitaline Groups high quality factory-produced precast modular foundation system. It is fast, strong, accurate, safe and sustainable solution for a wide range of applications.
Nexus is a high-performance foundation system that has unique features to ensure it is simple and quick to install.
The precast modular concrete beams are post-tensioned on site to create a rigid foundation. Beams can be installed with or without piles. The Nexus beams are highly efficient and as such, excavation is reduced, typically top of piling mat from FFL is 825mm, which means less on site cut and fill and there is no requirements for pile caps.
Beams are manufactured under factory conditions and can be delivered to site to meet tight programmes.
